Beth Morris graduated, with honors, from the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in 1999. She then received her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia in 2005, where she graduated with honors and served on the Moot Court team and executive board. She joined Harben & Hartley upon graduation from law school and has represented school districts throughout her legal career. While Beth represents school districts in a variety of matters, much of her practice has focused on issues involving children with disabilities. Her practice has included state and federal litigation, personnel matters, transactional matters and administrative complaints involving the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, and EEOC. Beth conducts training state wide and works closely with the Georgia Council of Administrators of Special Education and serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Child Protection and Advocacy Committee of the State Bar of Georgia.
